Off to Never-Never Land

Hope everybody has enjoyed summer so far, and is ready for Halloween. I know the retail stores are, I was in Michael's the other day and the aisles are awash in browns and oranges, and the little one tugged at a witch's costume for me to buy. I'm thinking, let's just get through the first week of school before we start planning the holiday parties.

Anyway, there's an excellent chance we may be spending All Hallow's Eve at a nearby theme park, where you can come in costume and enjoy extracurricular activities like bobbing for apples with people in mascot outfits. Will the Great Pumpkin rise from the patch this year? If he's good looking, I hope so.

I don't mind not being home for the night. Whatever happens, I'll hope to be a month into promoting my September release, Don't Dare the Reaper (Phaze Books). It is a continuation of my Dareville series, and my first paranormal in a long time. It is MMF menage, so if you enjoy some manlovin' with a dash of spooky I hope you'll pick it up.

In other news, I have a full-on M/M coming from Phaze early next year, the first of a series of loosely connected under the Phaze Rocks imprint. Enter Sandman brings a touch of the fantastic into the life of a lonely insomniac, and the next companion piece, St. Anger, features some social commentary that doesn't distract from the passion. I'm sure you can guess the group inspiring the titles, but I'll say now there will be more stories bearing titles from other bands. Hope you enjoy them, and while you wait feel free to enjoy this cover by Phaze's chief artist, Debi Lewis!

If you're on Twitter, you can follow me @LeighEllwood to keep track of updates on these and other books releases I have in the coming year. I'm also on Facebook and MySpace, but don't utilize them as much as I should. I find Twitter is much easier to update and follow, so I think I'll stick with that until the next must-do social program comes along.
