Lust by Moonbeam – Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction
I’ve been receiving a lot of reader mail (which I LOVE) about one of my most recent releases, Lust by Moonbeam. The number one question is…
Does the town of Moonbeam exist?
It certainly does. I lived mere hours away from Moonbeam aka the Roswell of the North. (You know you’re country when you talk about distances in units of time). This small northern town was named after the mysterious lights often seen in the skies above it. The most famous landmark in Moonbeam is the nine-foot-tall model of the silver UFO. Yes, that is the same UFO Cathy, our clumsy heroine, knocks a screw out of.
What about the dead tree circles Cathy investigates? Are they real?
Yes, those are real also. The strange dead tree circles, or o-rings, are found in the forests surrounding the town. No one knows why these circles appear. It is easy to dismiss flattened corn fields as pranks. It is more challenging to dismiss dead trees.
The locals, or Moonbeamers as they call themselves, are convinced the o-rings are caused by spaceships. Being skeptical, I sent in our brave heroine, Cathy, to investigate.
What she found was out of this world.
Blurb:
Cathy arrives at Moonbeam, the Roswell of the North, with one goal—to prove the mysterious dead tree circles are not caused by UFOs. Meeting a devastatingly handsome lumberjack with unusual blue and green eyes is a bonus. He thinks he’s an alien, but that doesn’t bother Cathy. She can tolerate a little crazy in a one-night stand, especially since Rellec claims her body as no sane man ever has—with the hungry touch of forever.
Rellec arrives at Moonbeam with one goal—to retrieve his assigned mate, ensuring the continuation of his species. Having trained long and hard for his erotic mission, he is determined to satisfy his tiny human female and overcome her objections with out-of-this-world passion.
Failure is not an option.
Lust by Moonbeam is now available from Ellora’s Cave.
