Luckily for the characters in my novella, Day of the Dead, they do. I think we all like to believe that we can have people, situations, circumstances that if we could just have that time back....
Two soldiers, both dedicated to their jobs and also dedicated to each other. When one is lost in the line of duty, what else can the other do except go on. And pray that an old legend will bring her love back to her.
